At Britton we want to make sure that our valued customers
are completely happy with their purchases. For that reason,
we offer a 10 day, no hassle,
money back guaranteed refund policy that gives our customers
the comfort of risk-free shopping.
Return Policy and Instructions
Britton's quality diamonds and fine jewellery should meet
or exceed your expectations. For your comfort, we offer
10 days in which to evaluate your purchases. If you are
not completely satisfied, please take the following steps:
1. Click on the link to the right or
call our toll free number, 1-888-256-7197.
2. Please indicate the item you wish
to return and the reason. We ask that you specify
a reason to give us an opportunity to serve you better
in the future.
3. We will promptly respond by supplying
you with a return authorization number and instructions
on where to send the item(s). Please make a note
of this information.
4. Please include the authorization
number with the package you are returning. Return the package
by registered, insured mail or by insured courier.
5. Secure your item and all of the original
packing materials, including the packing slip, and the
diamond certificate if appropriate, in a plainly wrapped
cardboard box. Clearly print your name and address
on the outside of the package in the return area. For
your protection, please insure the package for the full
amount of the invoice. (Britton Jewelry Inc. cannot
issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged enroute
to us).
6. We ask that items be returned in
NEW CONDITION with all the original packaging in order
to be eligible for a full refund. You will receive a refund
for the purchase amount, less shipping and handling costs. If
the item is a gift, it is important that the authorization
number be written on the Britton address label. As with
any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item
or elect to receive a Britton gift certificate. Refunds
will only be given to the original purchaser.
7. If the item is a diamond, the original
gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with
the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very
important. The diamond certificate has a $250
replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned,
the cost of replacing it will be charged. Custom
work or special orders cannot be refunded without specific
permission and personalized or engraved items are not refundable
unless there has been an error made by Britton Jewellery
Inc. All requests will be processed after our laboratory
inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns
take approximately five business days to
process upon receipt of the item.
Again, please ship by registered, insured mail or by insured
courier. Britton Jewelry Inc. cannot issue refunds for
any items that are lost enroute to us.
