Our customers have 10 days in which to evaluate their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take the following steps:

- Please indicate the item you wish to return and the reason.
- We will promptly respond by supplying you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the item(s). Make a note of this information.
- Please include the authorization number with the package you are returning. Be sure to include the original packaging.
- Return the package by registered, insured mail or by insured courier. (Britton Jewelry Inc. cannot issue refunds for watches that are lost enroute to us.)
We ask that items be returned in as new condition with all the original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. You will receive a refund for the purchase amount, less shipping and handling costs. Again, please ship by registered, insured mail or by insured courier.
